EVENT: CLEAN OUT YOUR BASEMENT

Celebrate Earth Day by bringing us your clutter. A good chunk of landfill items have plenty of life left in them and can be reused without the need for new items that take more resources. Some items such as e-waste can even be harmful to the environment.
With the help of the Short North Business Association, you can help divert useful items from the waste stream on Earth Day. Bring your carloads of everything from computers to clothing, recyclables to bicycles, used paint to furniture and anything else to the Dennison Parking lot of Goodale Park, between Goodale and Buttles, from noon to 7.
Friendly volunteers will help to unload your vehicle and keep these items from getting landfilled. Donations are tax deductible and donation receipts are given at time of donation.
